Responsibilities:

• Report to Studio Design Manager
• Responsible for site meetings, site measurement and follow-up works
• To supervise carpet installation, ensure installation quality, implement control measures, site organization and workforce management
• To calculate carpet quantities, handle carpet production planning and estimation
• To handle any other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Knowledge in AutoCAD is a must
• Certificate holder or above in Construction/ Building Management or other similar qualifications
• Min. 1-2 years experience in interior fitting out or site management coordination
• Experience in carpet Installation and carpet planning is an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and to work on night shift
• Immediate available is highly preferred
