The incumbent is responsible to support the buying process by performing sales analysis and ensure that merchandise is properly and timely replenished to maximize sales opportunity.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Update and provide quantitative information on monthly sales targets, stock delivery situation, and new merchandise delivery situation to all shops;
• Assist in preparing, checking, and approving refills, and special merchandise transfer for all shop locations;
• Prepare stock requisition to ensure timely delivery of merchandise for all shop locations;
• Assist in buying and selection of merchandise for designated product line(s);
• Assist in preparing product training material and conduct product training if needed.

Requirements:

• Passionate about Fashion;
• University graduate preferably in Fashion related discipline;
• 2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Self-motivated, flexible, independent and mature.
