Responsibilities:

• Lead a technical team of site coordinators, fitters and technicians to manage supply, installation and maintenance jobs of Bath and Kitchen products, home automation as well as furniture.
• Monitor project progress and ensure service quality, on-time delivery and professional after-sales service.
• Provide engineering input to tenders for projects as well as technical solutions to electrical services problems and plumbing and drainage elements of the projects.
• Responsible for project coordination and management, site monitoring and all engineering matters in the project.
• Drive for continuous improvement in relation to cost, quality and service.
• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints.
• Undertake all ad hoc projects assigned by top management.
  

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma/Degree holders in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Licensed Electrician / Plumber is preferable.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong in problem solving and project management.
• Highly energetic, with strong commitment to quality and set high standards with the aim to add values to customers.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin.
• Occasional overseas travel is required.
