Requirement :

• University graduate
• EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE ON ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS
• Minimum 10 yrs in Electronic Manufacturing field with
• Elec, Assy Manufacture knowledge
• PCB & Elec component knowledge
• On Line and QC inspections
• Excellent English & Mandarin speaking & writing
• The ability to explain design ideas clearly.
• The ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
• The ability to solve problem.
• Excellent team working and people skills.

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of the Inspection team that we have in China.
• Writing a List of points to be inspected per product.
• Writing technical reports of the inspections.
• Testing installation and systems, and analyzing data.
• Discussing proposals with clients.
• Working with manufacturers engineers department to design new systems, circuits and devices or develop existing technology.
• Testing theoretical designs.
• Writing specifications.
• Following defined development processes.
• Systematically improving the detailed design of a piece of electronic equipment.
• Ensuring that a product will work with devices developed by others, can be made again reliably, and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
• Drawing up plans and specifications for projects, using computer-assisted engineering design software.
• A comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regulations
• Ensure safety regulations are met.
• Estimating materials, construction, and labour costs, and project timescales.
• Overseeing inspection and maintenance program.
• Experience in managing production line will be an advantage.
