Responsibilities:

• Management of A/R collections for expatriate partners of the firm
• Following the partners’ WIP (Work-in-progress) closely, and advising on aged debtors
• Preparing aging reports and analysis
• Liaising with clients and resolving issues in A/R collection
• Working closely with the rest of the finance team, assisting in ad-hoc accounting duties

Requirements:

• Holder of university degree with relevant working experience in a professional services firm or law firm
• Near native English highly preferred. Ability to read and write Chinese a must
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to deal with internal and external clients
• Outgoing personality, enjoys working with people and solving problems
• International work experience a big advantage
