Responsibilities:

• Perform fault diagnosis and trouble-shooting of the system and network.
• Day to day provisioning, maintenance, support, system monitoring and performance tuning
• Maintain an up-to-date system and network documentation reflecting latest changes and enhancement
• Perform system/network upgrade and/or patching and backup of critical systems
• Provide technical support to the internal and external customers
• Provide an excellent IT operations services to meet with the SLA
• Shift duty is required
• Outdoor work is required

 Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• 1 year's working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Good team player, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to learn new technologies
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
