Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT operations in hotel
• Manage the development, implementation and enforcement of information security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures
• Monitor the service efficiency of vendors
• Ensure consistently strong operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
• Monitors and follows the formal procedure for reporting information security incidents and investigations
• Maintain all users access request and authorizations (E-mail, Opera, etc)
• Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support
• Reporting to Financial Controller
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as I.T. Officer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years IT experience in Hospitality, with 2 years or above at supervisory level
• Sound understanding of hotel IT systems, e.g. Opera, PMS, POS, Call accounting system
• Knowledge of computer hardware and servers
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Good interpersonal & communication skills to interact with internal and external associates
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
