Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations

Provide professional, engaging and friendly service

To maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant.

Handles all guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner

Maintains close ties with customers to engender loyalty

Requirements:

Willing to stay in Macau

Diploma, professional qualification in F&B management, degree is a plus

At least 5 years’ solid experience in Japanese Restaurant Management

Knowledge of food service techniques and cost control including manpower, productivity, food cost and other expenses.

Excellent leadership and customer relationship management skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers

Excellent inter-personal, communications and presentation skills
