Responsibilities:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline(s).
• Minimum 2 years' solid compliance experience in investment bank / securities brokerage firm or sizable financial institutions
• Good knowledge in SFO, securities/futures/forex regulations, corporate finance, operations, products and services in licensed corporations. 
• Able to process and file proper documentation for all compliance related matters
• A good team player, smart quick learner, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and discipline with good communication skills
• Good PC skills in Microsoft office processing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua will be an advantage)
