Responsibilities

1. Responsible for effective retail sales operation & supply chain management. Ensure work efficiency by setting up and developing operations workflows & systematic procedures.
2. Coaching and communicating front line store staff to ensure smooth operations and implementations of workflows and procedures.
3. Ensure customer service standards. Responding to customer complaints and comments
4. Manage & analyze sales figures and bonus points generated by the loyalty program.
5. Set up and monitor operations workflow systematically
6. Prepare, Analyze and interpret sales trends to facilitate product planning. Understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Business Administration or Operations Management
2. A minimum of 5 year -experience in retail operations or retail supply chain and logistics in which 3 years or above in management level
3. Solid experience in retail chain operations management, or FMCG focus is preferred
4. Wine and spirit product knowledge with accreditation is an advantage
5. Possess strong communication skill, well-organized, analytical and capable of identifying and overcoming problems
6. With strong understanding of retail supply chain as well as a sound knowledge of math, computers and keeping a budget.
7. Independent, highly motivated & able to handle multi-tasking
8. Good command of English & Chinese
