Our client, a leading Insurance Group, is seeking various experienced Business Analyst to join their Business Administration Department. The ideal candidate should be strong in user requirements management, UAT, conduct user training, knowledge in Insurance business operations and products is a plus, and fluent in spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business user, capture and analyze requirements and translate into technical specifications
• Work closely with IT/delivery team throughout project cycle
• Review development documentations, ensure meeting users’ expectations
• Conduct feasibility study in possible impact and issue in operations during implementation of new features, as well as seeking for solution
• Prepare test case, participate in system testing
• Conduct user training

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline
• Solid experience in specifying user requirements and managing user acceptance testing
• Knowledge in Funds, MPF is preferred
• Knowledge in Insurance business operation / products, web portal, ecommerce or mobile application is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
