Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide user support in daytime;
• Provide infrastructure and operation support in nighttime.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in user support is an advantage;
• Familiar with operating systems including Windows and Linux;
• Knowledge in programming and networking is highly preferable;
• Hardworking and able to work independently;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua preferred.
