Responsibilities:

• Support E-commerce business and operation
• Coordinate with management in developing online campaigns to achieve company requirements and revenue goals
• Monitor, report and propose solutions to optimize website and campaign performance
• Participate in Product shooting and Graphic design
• Assist with database entry
• Answering customer queries, using emails, line chat & telephone
• Interact with social media fans (Facebook and/or other social media platforms)
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with 1 year relevant working experience in Online Web Project Management
• Familiar with social media, web tools, web page layout and web interface technologies
• Knowledge in HTML, Photoshop, photo shooting and graphic design
• Good communication & problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, responsive, well-organized, multi-task and good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
