We are looking for an e-commerce project manager with a very good communication skill (fluent in English) with both customers and working team, in order to ensure a success project delivery to our customer and maintain a great team atmosphere.

The project manager profile needs to have two mandatory skills:

Customer relationship:

• We are looking for someone who is aiming to deliver the best quality to our customers, in term of website delivery as well as customer service
• The project manager is not only a project executor but a guide for the customer, understanding the needs, finding technical solution or proposing alternative solutions, ensuring that the project is in the best interest for the customer
  
  
  

IT Engineering background:

• We are looking for someone with programming background who is not afraid to look into the source code and debug with the developers when it is needed
• The project manager needs to understand the technical implication for any requirements, establish rough time estimation and propose the adapted implementation solution to the customer
  
  
  

Working environment

All our project managers are supervised by a project director for internal training and project follow-up. We establish frequent meeting between project managers, project director and business developers to share knowledge between project managers.

All our development team is supervised by a technical director expert in our technology to provide the best work and answer technical issues. We establish frequent meeting between project managers and technical expertise team in order to report technical issues and discuss improvement of the team skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing full e-commerce project life cycle from the business requirements to the UAT validation by customers
• Managing and guiding the technical team during the development of the project and the UAT validation
• Redacting customer documents such as functional specifications for customers, high level technical specifications for developers, UAT testing plan
• Responsible for the quality of the projects, managing the quality control test team, and validating the delivery of the project
• Communication with customer including kick-off meeting, specifications validation, follow-up meetings during projects, UAT validation, and supports
  
  
  

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year experience in website development
• At least 3 years experience in Software Project Management
• Fluent English and Cantonese
• Experience in e-commerce project is a plus
• Server skills is a plus
