The Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of existing/new products, formulating and implementing product plans and actions. He/She will take responsibility for the product development cycle from feasibility study to product launch. He/she also needs to have excellent product marketing sense in identifying opportunities for service development. One also requires to have excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers and different parties such as Marketing, Technical and Frontline Counterparts for successful service roll-out.

On this particular position, the candidate will be responsible for the new and existing service development, design and management. Liaison with customers, hardware and software vendors, solution suppliers, network engineers and software developers are part of his/her job routine.

• To identify and design the use cases of new and existing solutions
• To manage internal and external parties to achieve development targets
• To formulate user requirements, operational procedures and user manuals for aforesaid service 
• To liaise with external suppliers and co-ordinate with internal parties in solving technical and usability issues for service rollout.

The Person:

• Degree holder in Telecommunication, Information Technology or Engineering related
• At least 3 years solid experience in product development / project management of Internet or mobile products
• Knowledge and experience in Internet applications, IP network, mobile apps (Android/iOS/Windows Phone) development management and web sites programming technologies
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
