Job Responsibilities :

• Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
• Troubleshooting on end user usage, network, system and hardware issues
• To provide maintenance support service on Server, PC, Notebook, printer, tablet and Window platform
• Knowledgeable of networking or systems product, skillful of any one of IBM Software,MS Software, Oracle Software will be advantage

Job Requirements :

• Certificate or Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
• 1-2 years working experience
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate are also welcome
