Job Duties

• Provide on-site service of hardware installation, maintenance, support service (including but not restricted to problem fixing and signal diagnostic)
• Installation of the infrastructure and the operation System
• Maintain the environment and the system Stability
• Provide Admin Support and Customer Service
• Oversee junior members
• Keep comprehensive and provide regular reports to the Director
• Manage daily operation of the Data Center
  
  
  

Requirements

• Work on shift if required
• Knowledge of various OS platforms
• Good knowledge on server hardware, system, software applications and backup/restore solution
• Experience with Remote Desktop and remote support application
• Ability to speak effectively with both non-technical end-users as well as IT professionals
• Must be a logical thinking and good problem solver
• Familiar with the following platforms/systems: LAN & WAN, telephony Systems, Network Monitoring
• Self-initiated to deliver excellent services with helpful attitude
• Experienced in component sourcing and purchasing for server setting
• Work experience: 2-3 years
