Multimedia Support Engineer

Job Duties

• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the hardware installation of various Digital Signage Systems.
• Support other Communication & Engineering Systems for various customer locations in Hong Kong.
• Required to perform regular multimedia content upload and deployment for customers.

Job requirements

• Higher Diploma/Diploma holder in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized institute or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in data network, cabling, site installation, vendor coordination, basic Windows or Linux Operating system administration.
• Working experience in Digital Signage System, Video Conferencing, Kiosk or Audio/Visual System would be an added advantage.
• Self-initiative, responsible, good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
