Job Duties :

• Assist to design, implementation and management of technical infrastructure for UNIX server platforms.
• Provide daily administration of mainly IBM AIX / SOLARIS UNIX Servers.
• Perform system troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications.
• Provide day to day IT technical support for Enterprise platform (Unix, SAN/NAS, VM, etc.)

 Job Requirements :

•  Degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintaining and supporting a large-scale IT system and network based on UNIX (AIX, SUN Solaris, HP-UX, etc.) and Windows platform in a high-availability and clustered environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting SAN storage in a SUN cluster
• Familiar with UNIX server hardware is a must, preferably IBM Power Systems.
• Knowledge on DB2,Weblogic, Websphere and Oracle database is preferable. 
• Documentation skills on preparing system test plans and specifications (e.g Function test, SIT test, Load test and resilience test) and carrying system training
• Holder of related Professional Certifications is preferred. E.g. Aix certified system administrator, SUN Certified System Engineer, CCNA, CCNP, etc.
