Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service support including handling incoming calls for elevator emergency repair service
- Recording and updating data
- Providing general administrative assistance to the department
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year experience in customer service field, experience in Hotline / Call Centre is a definite advantage
- Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
