Responsibilities:

- To provide front-line technical support to end users including incident/problem identification,  resolution and escalation

- To develop and maintain IT systems documentation

- To perform installation, administration, maintenance of servers, PCs and network

Requirements:

- Diploma in IT or above qualification

- 1 year solid IT related experience

- Good knowledge in networking, Linux and Windows server platform

- Self-motivated, mature, willing to learn, good analytical and problem solving skills

- Good communication skills with end users

- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Support Engineer
