Our client is a multinational digital company which specializes in Digital development and innovation, application and website build, technical development and design etc. You will be supporting the teams across Europe and the U.S.

The Role:

• You will be responsible on the eCommerce projects regarding customer engagement, getting user requirements, translating into use cases etc.
• Getting eCommerce solution requirements from customers
• Aligning core software capabilities with the requirements
• Translating key use cases and user experience requirements into well defined requirements
• Be the bridge between project teams and customers
   

The Requirements:
 

• Bachelor holder ideally in Computer Science or related discipline
• Junior IT BA – 1-2years, Senior IT BA – 5-6 years experience in marketing system/e-commerce/marketing campaign
• Multichannel business process experience with eCommerce retailers and Marketing teams
• Proven business intelligence, analysis and consultative skills
• Experience with BI tools; knowledge of Microstrategy and Microsoft SQL Server BI suite of products (SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS) would be an advantage
• Preferred experience in Excel Macros and VBA
• Native in Cantonese, Fluent in both English and Mandarin
