Our client, a global company is hiring an IT Officer to join their IT team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to regional office and shop users
• Install, upgrade and replace corporate computers, mobile device and so on, based on corporate standards
• Support Active Directory, networks, servers, communication systems (outlook, web and mobile devices), IT security
• Participate in projects including system implementation, store opening, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Possession of MCSA / MCSE / CCNA certificates is an advantage
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in IT support system, preferably in retail sector
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service oriented
• Self-motivated, attention to details, positive and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Mandarin
