Job Description

A global professional firm is looking for a high caliber IT professional to support the expanding team

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 1st and 2nd tier IT-related support to headquarters and Hong Kong office
  • Work closely with internal and external IT system owners to solve technical issues
  • Responsible for logging calls on the help desk system and escalate according to the agreed service levels
  • Involve in IT projects

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Information Technology discipline
  • Experience in providing helpdesk support for at least 2 years
  • Sound knowledge of desktop hardware and laptops
  • Familiar with Windows, MS Office and Call Logging
  • Experience in Microsoft Project, Powerword, Citrix will be advantageous
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua is essential
  • Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
