Job Description
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the job holder will work in the IT Operation Section of the Information Technology Division. The main responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:

To lead and assist the IT services desk team such that all the predefined SLA are met or exceeded and continuously seek for improvement

To define, revise and implement related polices, processes and procedures in related to IT services desk team
-
To maintain a repository of knowledge and information of the services delivered which includes both incidents and services requests
-
To provide related reports to management regarding the IT services desk team performance
Requirements:
-
University degree in Information Systems or related disciplines
-
At least 5 years’ relevant experience of which at least 2 years must be at supervisory position
-
Certified in ITIL will be an added advantage
-
Familiar with windows PC, notebook and mobile support environments
-
Proficient in excel and good analytical skills for incident management and continuous team performance improvements
-
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
