Our client, a global retail chain is hiring a Technical Project Leadto join their IT department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and clarify business requirements and propose appropriate strategies for application / systems development and maintenance
• Manage vendors on project delivery
• Define work plan, project tasks and allocate resources in an efficient and effective manner
• Manage and keep track of the work progress of each project team member
• Negotiate with, and seek for, business approvals / signoffs at the end of each phase / project milestones delivery
• Control and monitor the project deliverables and ensure project deliverables matched with the scope of work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree graduate in IT or related disciplines
• 8 – 10 years working experience, with experience in project management and vendor management
• Technical experience in Java application and systems development
• Detail oriented and able to handle document in professional manner
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
