Main Responsibilities:

• Be a business partner with business units through providing them with value-added HR generalist services, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention, performance management, etc
• Develop and implement new HR initiatives in support of the Bank’s growth plan
• Provide professional advice to management on HR related matters
• Facilitate effective communication between management and all levels of staff

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of human resources experience preferably from banking or large sized corporations
• Conversant with legislative requirements and best market practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal and people skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proactive and self-motivated with good commercial acumen
