Our client, a reputable corporation is hiring an Assistant Manager to their call center team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in projects with system development and implementation
• Work with both internal and external parties on design and development of system operation flow processes and user interfaces, contact centre call platform as well as IVRS
• Assist in documentation preparation of user specification requirements
• Co-ordinate and perform relevant acceptance tests to evaluate the system development quality to ensure the quality of operation flow processes
• Perform on-going monitoring on system and business performance, identify improvement areas and recommend enhancement on the system capabilities / designs
• Monitor programs’ performance and timely feedback to management for improvement action

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary education, preferably a degree
• 5 – 8 years’ experience, with minimum of 3 years in supervisory position
• Experience in managing contact centre platform, IVRS, operation system design, user interface design and / or usability analysis
• Initiative, ability to work independently, good leadership skills and business acumen
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
