Main responsibility

• Supervising web projects production team members including developers and testers
• Organizing regular meetings with Project Managers to check project status, understand project constraints and organizing production team accordingly
• Managing workload of the team by assigning/reorganizing the resources on different projects.
• Giving Visibility to the Management Team on project status and the current/future workload of the team
• Documenting current process and bringing solution to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Day to Day production team workload and project coordination.
• Responsible for process documentation and improvement.
• Responsible for overall project objectives: budget, time, scope of work, quality, risk and customer satisfaction
  
  
  

Extra need

• 5-8 years experience in web project management process
• Experience in team and workload management of more than 10 team members
• Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel
• Technical background is needed
• PHP or Magento experience is a plus
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills with internal Chinese team
• Process oriented
