Job Descriptions:

• Be the first-line support in the use of their computers & associated software
• Provide end-user IT support in respect to their computer problems
• Provide hardware & software installation and maintenance
• Occasional travel to regional offices is required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in computer studies, information system or related
• MCITP or CCNA holder would be an advantage
• 2 years' end-user IT support experience
• Good knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems and networking technologies
• Reliable and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English & Mandarin
