Responsibilities:

• Accomplish daily IT Network administration, installation and provision, including performance & availability management, capacity management, systems management & tuning, configuration & services level management, problem & incidents management, security & patch management, change management, of the supported IT systems
• Provide monitoring on Performance & Availability, capacity, configuration and resolution on problem diagnosis
• Regular health check and screening on all installed systems from infrastructure and report immediately if any problems or performance issues are found
• Work with vendors on Infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 year’s working experience in Networking, infrastructure administration and support
• Experience in data and voice network design and administration
• Hands on experience on security products administration such as Firewall, IPS and IDS (Checkpoint/Juniper/Cisco/IBM ISS)
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification holder
• Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS-Ent certification
• Positive attitude with high sense of responsibility and can-do spirits
• Good analytical & communication skills
• Fluent communication skills in Cantonese. Mandarin skill will be an asset.
