As the leader in the industry, to further enhance the services and to cope with business needs, our client is seeking to add a new Regional Senior Account Manager in Hong Kong for the APAC team.
Reporting to the functional director based in Singapore and dotted reporting to the regional General Manager in Hong Kong, your key responsibility is to thoroughly understand the assigned global and regional accounts, build solid relationships at senior levels in clients’ organization. You will identify upselling opportunities, achieve and exceed the highest level of customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor with the goal of helping customers to meet their goals and growing the accounts regionally. You will also be involving in formulating and implementing the best practice in regional account management structure, meeting profit requirement in renewing contracts, and working with other regional managers to come up with strategies to grow the accounts. Majority of the MNC clients are in banking and financial services sectors and other international corporations and your key contacts are in human resources and talent management functions.
The ideal candidate will be a Bachelor Degree holder in a related discipline, with at least 8-10 years’ experience in regional account management, working with MNC clients at senior levels. You have strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, with highly developed consultative and problem solving skills. You are self-motivated, professional, positive, willing to take ownership and have the ability to prioritize urgent and important matters. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills is vital to the success of the role. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Spoken Cantonese is a plus.
