Responsibilities:

• Follow up customers’ enquires promptly
• Perform excellent and professional customer service for both existing and potential customers
• Respond tactfully to clients’ complaints, requests and enquiries
• Communicate with internal team members of customer requirements effectively
• Liaise with different departments internally to fulfill clients’ requirement
• Establish sustainable and trustful relationship with clients

Requirements:

• Secondary School Graduated or above; bachelor degree preferred
• At least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduate will be considered
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Experience in providing good customer service
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill
• Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Familiar with PC, especially for MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
• Able to multi-task and meticulous in following up details
• Immediate availability is preferred
