Network Engineer / Administrator

Duties:

• Manage LAN / WAN networks, IP phone system and monitors and reports network problem

• Implement change management for any IT infrastructure changes

• Provide daily network operations and maintenance

• Provide internal IT support for HK office users

• Troubleshoot networking related problems

• Assist in managing the operations of datacenter

• Vendors management

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

• 1-3 years network administration / support experience

• Solid experience on LAN / WAN management and support

• Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GSLB, Cloud service and MPLS / VPN networks

• knowledge in Linux, Windows & VMWare perform

• knowledge in IT security and common network monitoring tools

   

System Administrator

Duties:

• Provide server support for CS team and application project team
• Provide internal IT support for HK office users
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, storage, software & network problems
• IT asset & server hardware management
• Monitors and reports server related problem
• Manage VMWare platform & HP / Dell SAN storage
• Vendors management

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• 1-3 years system administration/IT support experience
• Solid experience on Linux and Windows server / client and VMWare platform
• Experience on Oracle DB, MySQL DB and MSSQL DB
• Familiar with Linux platform system service: Sendmail, Jboss, Tomcat, WebSphere, Apache
• Familiar with Windows platform system service: AD, DNS, DHCP, CIFS, Anti-virus
• knowledge in TCP/IP networking and common server monitoring tools
