Responsibilities and Requirement:

• Participate in a project management office to assist project managers and project teams, mainly to coordinate project resources such as people, information, rooms and equipment.
• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks in the project.
• Coordinate and participation in the project team meeting.
• Preparing minutes, presentation, reports and  documentations for the project
• Assisting the programme/project managers in tracking and reporting
• Assist the Project Manager to monitor tehproject progress and alert the PM on any technical issues o porblems
• Degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or industry related discipline; preferably with MCSE Certification
• With at least 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination and/or project management experience
• Familiar with WinTel system infrastructure
• Preferably possess experience in large Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects, especially in documentation and formal communications, such as project meetings;
• Have strong interpersonal skills and should be a self-starter and attentive to details;
• Have excellent command of oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
