A well-known IT Service Provider is looking for the suitable candidate to fill the above post

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals to implement and administrate Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Centre Services, Internet Services, Platform Services, Database Services, System Management Services, IT Security Services and Network Services.
• Establish necessary policies and procedures to comply with ISO requirements.
• Translate customer business requirements into effective systems and service solutions.
• Liaise with other departments and vendors to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and solutions.
• Prepare and review technical design specifications, procurement business cases, operation procedures, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in system management, IT security, network design and administration.
• Competent in IT infrastructure technology with experience in large-scale and complex multi-platform systems.
• Knowledge in ISO27001 and ISO20000.
• A team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills and leadership.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated to deliver good results
• Holder of professional certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, MCSE, LPI, CCNA, CCIE, etc.
• Flexible, continuous learner with good communication skills and business sense
