Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Implementation, product evaluation and system integration;
2. Study and integrate new applications, systems and technology;
3. Design, setup and maintain infrastructure for product development and testing;
4. Perform self-developed product release function test;
5. Product, software application and system support;
6. Deploy software applications/solutions for clients;
7. Follow up support issues with users to ensure problems resolved and customer is satisfied;
8. Conduct and prepare user training and system testing as required;
9. Prepare documentation such as program specification and manuals;
   

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/High Diploma holder major in Computer or IT or related discipline;
2. Be familiar with email system, web server, backup solution, OS platform: Windows, MacOS, mobile device management and etc.;
3. At least two years hands-on experience in system integration, web server setup and maintenance and software deployment;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment. Can work closely with internal colleagues and users;
6. Self-motivated, have good sense of team spirit and problem solving;
7. Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
8. Good skills in speaking and writing both in Chinese and English; Speaking skills in Potonghua is an advantage;
