Job Duties

The Client Services Manager (CSM) owns the overall client relationship from acustomer engagement perspective.

In this role you will be leading pre-sales effort to understand, influence and win new clients.

 

You will also as part of implementation and ongoing client servicing to lead the following activities:

  • Design, develop and implement CRM strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotional results.
  • Meet program objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues.
  • Coordinate with different teams to understand client requirements and plan and execute them to client satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements

The CSM role is unique as it requires the successful candidate to possess the skills and experience of pre-sales, project management as well as client servicing.

At least 8 years working experience with in one or more of the following roles:

  • Industry Pre-sales
  • Competency Service Delivery/Development
  • Consultancy
  • Client Servicing

Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.

Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Strong customer-service orientation.

Understanding of quantitative data, ability to translate analytics into actionable insights to meet Marketing teams' business objective

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

Highly desirable to have the following experiences but not mandatory :

  • Industry domain experience in retail/CPG/hospitality
  • Experience in CRM and Loyalty Management software applications
  • Expertise in BI and Analytics Tools, e.g. SAS, SPSS, MicroStrategy
  • Understanding of the BI and Analytics market and competitive landscape
