Job Description:

• Provide efficient and quality day to day IT support to all Company users including but not limited to hardware and software installation and trouble shooting
• Maintain network equipment and applications, such as routers, firewall (CISCO, Fortigate), server room equipment, handheld devices, cable patching infrastructure etc
• Maintain IT hardware and software inventory and prepare IT documentations
• Assist with other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT related with 3 years in house IT support working experience
• Proficient in administrating operating system including Windows Server 2003/2008 R2/2012, MS Exchange 2007
• Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Windows XP/ Window7/Windows8 and Microsoft Office2007/2010/2013 and Mac OS 2011
• Knowledge in file servers, email systems, database server and system backup/restore is an advantage
• Experience on Apple and Microsoft platform, as well as supporting mobile devices are MUST
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Independent, responsible and well organized
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
