Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Hardware / Software maintenance & network infrastructure stability
• Provide end-user support for software applications, PC hardware and software
• Provide end-user support for Business Application
• Maintain backup and restoration of servers and workstations
• Install and maintains IT equipments such as PCs and Router

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 2-3 years working experience in technical support
• With solid experience in technical support and troubleshooting including hardware, software and networking is an advantage
• Self-motivated, responsible & independent
• Able to work under pressure, independent and standby for service
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate Availability
