Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop testing best practices

• Manage and lead engineers to archieve better testing quality

• Plan and execute functional test, user story test, regression test, integration test, api test, load test on web and mobile platforms

• Report and track down defects with reproducible steps

• Research ways to improve software development process which ultimately enhance product deliverable quality

• Work closely with designers, product owners, engineers, project managers to understand user requirement and review issues

• Maintain and build automation scripts

Requirements

• Technical (Engineering or Computer Science) Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 6-year working experience in software testing or development

• Minimum 2-year experience in testing or development large scale systems, preferably with agile approach

• Knowledge of QA automation methodologies and processes

• Knowledge on application security and cryptography a plus

• Experience with server side automation and GUI test automation

• Experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium or others

• Experience in testing against hardware software integration

• Experience in library/service release management

• Experience in functional and performance testing

• Experience in testing and delivering mobile apps

• Successful experience with continuous integration processes and tool

• Strong technical skills and scripting skill like Javascript or optionally Java, Rails or Python

• Experience in web services, GIT, SQL, Jenkins a plus

• Superior analytical skills and a strong sense of ownership in your work

• Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player

• Comfortable working both alone and in teams of various sizes
