Job Scope

Reporting to the IT Manager, the job holder will provide reliable and effective IT support to the business teams located in Hong Kong and multiple overseas offices.  Daily duties will include the following: 

• Managing the LAN / WAN, Windows Servers and other network connected devices
• Workstation and End User support
• IT inventory monitoring, tracking and upgrade planning
• Support IT application team projects
• Administer and maintain servers for MsExchange, MsSharePoint, MsCRM  and File servers
• Assist supervisor with IT systems and integration projects as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years working experience in providing IT and systems support & maintenance services
• Must have working experience with Windows Server, AD, DCs, VMWARE, Windows PC and MS Office
• Strong working experience supporting MSExchange systems.
• Experience managing Cisco routers, Firewall, routing protocols and related support diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills and capable of interacting tactfully with people
• Comfortable being the GoTo person for a small dynamic motivated IT team
• Some Programming and application implementation skills will be beneficial
• Good command of spoken and written English
