Job Responsibilities:

• Participating in building innovative online platforms (services) with state of art architecture and user experience.
• Directing the effective and seamless delivery of software development, networks, and disaster recovery systems and processes.
• Managing and monitoring IT infrastructure and security.
• Working with software engineers to find solutions to manage business activities
• Supervising a team of workers, while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors
• Providing infrastructure and system architecture concepts, present and discuss it with product owners.
• Understanding, clarifying and updating technical documentation.
• Managing changes in IT environment, define regular systems patching and upgrades
• Leading efforts to improve IT processes
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Strong business sense and excellent interpersonal skills are required
• Experience in Service delivery, Vendor management and Project management
• Experience in Software development
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT service delivery
• Demonstrate strong knowledge on Linux (Debian, Redhat and Cent OS), Nginx / Apache Web Server and Java Web Server
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken); fluent in Putonghua is a must
• Frequently Travel to China (4-5 days a week)
• Knowledge of Java, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, GIT and software MVC frameworks is a plus
• Experience with a SCRUM/Canban or other development methodology is a plus
• Good knowledge on Server Virtualization, Firewall and Network would be a plus
• A degree in computer science or an IT related discipline would be a plus
