Responsibilities & Requirement:

• The Project Manager is responsible for establishing project management policies as well as implementing a project management methodology.
• Establishes and maintains standards for project monitoring and control, and also develops standard reporting templates and ensures compliance with processes and project reporting standards.
• Provides consulting expertise to projects in relation to functional and technical project direction.
• Participate in regular project meetings.
• Ensure that projects are planned and executed within the defined project management methodology.
• Manage and co-ordinate external vendors; ensure all the parties provide regular update on their  porgress
• Resolve deviations from the Project Plan.
• Resolve conflict in project scheduling, dependency and execution.
• Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedures
• Review project deliverables in relation to commitments to ensure the deliverables are compliant with Quality Assurance and acceptance criteria objectives.
• Agree the technical and quality strategy with the Client
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk management plans and project schedule.
• Perform resource planning.
• The Project Manager shall possess at least 7 years of post-qualification IT experience including at least 3 years of project management experience in infrastructure implementation and / or E&M projects in construction or consultancy services.
• Strong technical on both Network and Data Cnetre projects
• Experience in Building Service, Facility Management, E&M, Cabling, etc. is preferred
• Able to co-ordinate multiple external parties and sub-contractors
• Excellent spoken and written English
