Job Description
Job & Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned sales targets on Employee Benefits and MPF business through broker channel
- Develop and manage relationship with assigned brokers
- Design and negotiate benefit terms and prepare quotation
- Execute sales campaigns and work on special projects
Requirements
- University graduate with at least 3 years relevant sales experience in insurance company or broker field
- Sales and customer oriented, self-driven with positive and pro-active working attitude
- Sound knowledge in employee benefits product preferably
- Team player with good interpersonal, selling, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to work independent and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 are required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
