Job & Responsibilities

• Achieve the assigned sales targets on Employee Benefits and MPF business through broker channel
• Develop and manage relationship with assigned brokers
• Design and negotiate benefit terms and prepare quotation
• Execute sales campaigns and work on special projects

Requirements

• University graduate with at least 3 years relevant sales experience in insurance company or broker field
• Sales and customer oriented, self-driven with positive and pro-active working attitude
• Sound knowledge in employee benefits product preferably
• Team player with good interpersonal, selling, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to work independent and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 are required

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
