Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support to sales channels & business partners and ensure daily operation complies with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up outstanding pending cases with sales channels.
• Handle inquiries of business channels in relation to policy administration process in professional manner.
• Compile sales activities cutomization reports and reconcile sales incentives related payment accurately.
• Coordinate activities for business channels and act as a central party of communication with internal parties.
   

Requirements:

• Business Diploma holder or above
• 3 years experience in insurance industry, preferably with experience in broker or bancassurance administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
