Major Responsibilities

• provide legal advice across a broad spectrum of contracts and on corporate/project finance, property conveyance, litigation, tenancy and corporate/commercial matters
• proactively provide legal guidance and counsel to officers/executives of the Group on corporate/regulatory/statutory compliance matters
• review legal documents both in English and Chinese

Requirements

• excellent academic qualifications with high quality training
• minimum 15 years post-qualification relevant experience, preferably gained in large professional or corporate legal environment with intensive real estate/ properties exposure in Hong Kong
• good business acumen
• strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• the ability to provide accurate, practical and timely advice in English / Chinese is a MUST
