Job Description
Our Client is a leading luxury retailer with shops in Asia. Due to their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced candidate to take care of their HK & China retail business.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the brand’s sales performance, include frontline staff training, commission scheme, etc

Maintain and development good relationship Shopping Malls, leasing department
-
Study the trend of store sales implement plans to further improve performance and boost sales
-
Lead retail team to hit or even surpass sales target
-
Monitor overall store operations and provide retail teams with proper training
-
Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising team
Requirements:
-
At least 6 years of solid experience in retail frontline operations
-
Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
-
Responsible, detailed, organized and analytical mind
-
Immediate availability is preferred
