Our Client is a leading luxury retailer with shops in Asia. Due to their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced candidate to take care of their HK & China retail business.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the brand’s sales performance, include frontline staff training, commission scheme, etc

• Maintain and development good relationship Shopping Malls, leasing department

• Study the trend of store sales implement plans to further improve performance and boost sales

• Lead retail team to hit or even surpass sales target

• Monitor overall store operations and provide retail teams with proper training

• Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising team

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of solid experience in retail frontline operations

• Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

• Responsible, detailed, organized and analytical mind

• Immediate availability is preferred
