JOB DUTIES :

• Responsible for carrying out operation related tasks to make sure that the cinema is properly managed.
• Tasks including facilities management, staff recruitment and training, preparation of roster, compliation of daily reports.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate subordinates.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi tasking & attentive to details.
• Report to Theatre Manager and assist other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATION :

• Form 7 or above with relevant working experience.
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in operation / customer service. preferably in retail or servicing industry.
• Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Eager to learn and are committed to take up responsibilities at management level.

WORKING HOURS :

• 5.5 days per week, 8 hours per day on shift duty (8:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.).
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

WORKING LOCATIONS :

• MCL Cimena Circuit (Causeway Bay / Quarry Bay / Kowloon Bay / Tseung Kwan O)
