Job Description
Job Duties:
- Input data in Autoline System
- Handle documents for vehicle Inspection
- Prepare invoice and receipt to customer
- Contact customers and salesman to collect documents for vehicles lincencing
- Handle documents for registration and licensing of a vehicle
- Confirm vehicle delivery date with salesmen and to prepare handover gifts and documents
Requirement:
- F. 5 standard or above
- With 2 years of experience or above in sales administration
- Knowledge of PC including Chinese word-processing
